A bit about me...
I struggled to find a rhythm during the earliest years in my career. I was debilitated by imposter syndrome and a scarcity mindset. I've learned that there is space for you and all of your beautiful ideas.
I thrive when I can help others. I'll teach and guide you to be resourceful and strategic in your work while making data-driven decisions that will make an impact.
I’m an experienced lecturer and passionate educator. I have taught UX training courses with Nielsen Norman Group from cities across the U.S. and U.K. I specialize in information architecture and web usability. I currently lead UX research and design for Connected Home products at Asurion.
"I know what it is like to feel hidden. I'm dedicated to helping people realize that they are enough as they are."
I'm dedicated to lifting women in product. In 2019, I was recognized as a the commUnity MVP winner at Asurion. I lead the newly-formed the Women's Initiative Network (WIN) chapter at Ragland. Since launching the chapter we have organized several impactful events, including a new member welcome and a volunteer drive. WIN Ragland also provided support to a Women in Product #BeBold lunch discussion hosted last summer.
Straight talk, strong drinks, short emails, data, and cutting out the 'meh' to make room for the very best.
Formalities, putting people down, and self-limiting beliefs.
Filming a vlog, taking a class, watching tiny cooking videos, and learning a new TikTok dance.
Morning gratitude, cuddles with my adorable puppy, reading a book, and planning my day.
