Meatballs ala Angie

I loved this dish I made :) I no longer have to go to Ikea to have their Swedish meatballs! Cause I bought 2 bottles of the LingonBerry Jam and 10 packets of Cream Sauce :) That will last me for 10 meals, at least! :)

Ingredients

For the meatballs:-

2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee garlic
Freshly minced beef
1 tablespoon of herbs
1 beaten egg
Dash of Salt & Pepper
1 tablespoon of Wchester Sauce
1 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
1 teaspoon of Soya Sauce
Handful of Cornstarch

Method:

1. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan over a gentle heat. Cover and sweat for 2-3 minutes,
2. In a bowl, mix the minced beef with the garlic and different type of sauces. Add the herbs and the beaten egg and mix well. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
3. Roll the beef with your hands into small balls and later place all the meatballs on a plate of cornstarch.
4. Make sure oil is hot and fry the meatballs until cooked.

5. Serve meatballs with cream sauce (Ikea Sachet) and Lingonberry (Ikea Jam Bottle)

Took me less than 15mins to prepare this meal :)
