who doesnt like corn in a cup? i used to love going to Nelsons @ Bangsar Shopping Centre for a nice cup of corn after tuition, after school! Corn is very good for ones health as it contains loads of fibre. It has low sodium content in it too!

i was just on msn with ai meng and she was telling me about the juicy fruits she bought in Spain during her holiday …..and I thought won’t it be nice if I made some corn for myself…..
simple ingredients peeps: Corn kernels 1 cup from Tesco’s, lurpak butter 1/2 tsp, salt & white pepper to taste
microwave the corn kernels in a bowl for 2 mins or until they are soft. Mix the butter,salt & pepper. adjust according to taste & serve hot
